[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraudly charge processing fee | |||
I applied for home loan but my project was not registered to icici so icici is not authorized to provide me loan but icici executive take processing fee cheque and claim also. Icici sale manager also given commitment for refund but after 4 month no refund and now he is refuse to give refund. I mail two three time for refund but no single reply received from manager level person. I also request to customer care but they also saying that non refundable fee. I want to know that if no processing activity done by icici because project is not registered so why they deduct amount from my account on the naam of processing fee.
