ICICI Bank — fraud transactions | |||||
I am other victim for fraud transaction. Three transactions has done on 13th july 2017 of about 14000. I got a call from icici customer care itself and i blocked card and account on that time itself and raised a complaint against that. Now icici people saying transactions has done through 3d secure pin so we are not responsible. How can i got the amount return. This is not the way to service customers. I have seen lot of complaints like this. How to take action against this. They are closing most of the cases like this Was this information helpful? | |||||
