[Resolved] ICICI Bank — i got an error, and i lost my money

As i am paying my exam fee through eazypay to the institution i got an error after completing of all the procedure to pay i click on the submit and my money was detected but the fee is not payed and it is not return to the bank also. I've applied for a credit card two weeks ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again nor I received any call for verification. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application..
