[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — grid authentication disabled message is printed, even after entering the correct grid values

Myself k. B. Lavanya, unable to perform online transaction.
When i submit the request i am getting grid authentication disabled message every time.
Kindly note, this is new card and i am not able to perform the transaction now.
