[Resolved] ICICI Bank — i am complaining about fraud transactions happened on my debit card | |
Hello i am namdev bhoye having icici bank account at lonavala with atm card on last 6 th september 3 transactions (20000+20000+10000) happened on my atm card with no sms alert then next day on 7 th september another two transactions (25023.6+25023.6) (Including extra transaction charges and gst) happened at 3.18 am in night but got sms alert then immediately i got my debit card blocked so that no further balance amount should loss then i filed complaint sr[protected] for this submitting scanned docs online also police complaint launched at local police station today i got email from complaint department that my request had been closed as the last two transactions amount 50047.3 can not be reversed as pin varified transactions as per lost card policy here i made complaint for 5 transactions they not mentioned about earlier 3 transactions (50000) also my debit card is not lost, i got blocked in local bank showing them and with me now please help me how to get my complaint resolved or got my money reversed or where to go further (Before going to consumer court) for any additional information please contact me on [protected] or email id - [protected]@gmail.com
