[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank charges unfair late payment fees | |||||
I am a icici credit card holder. I am using it for almost 1 year and happy with its services. But last month i was shocked to see the late payment fee of 500 rs on my credit card bill instead of on time payment. It might be due to late system update as i got many calls for payment even after the payment was done. So i request the bank to please roll back the late payment fees.
