[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank cheating by loan disbursement without knowing/informing customer | |
I have applied for the personal loan in icici in oct 2020 and i had paid EMI for last 6 months without any delays. Recently, my personal loan was updated/changed with new loan which i am not aware. Because of this activity, i had lost Rs.24000 and 2 days sleep as of now . i don't know how ICICI processed the loan without getting customer approval or without giving any information. When i asked for the details with Relationship Manager, i did not get any response about new/existing loan details. My sincere appeal to every ICICI customer is that before applying to personal/ home loan, please think twice. I m completely cheated by them and no one there to respond.
