Dear Sir/Madam,

I need a honest reply for below mentioned communication.

Subject: Reply to Ref.No.REC/LB/LIEN0708/42 Letter.

Dear Sir,

I have received a letter on 15 Dec 2007 for above mentioned subject duly signed by Mr.Santosh Nayak (Collections Manager) dated 7 Dec 2007.That letter he mentioned that Bank has blocked Rs5250.79 from my salary account in respect to unpaid outstanding of my old "ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD" i.e.[protected] .

Bank issued this credit card to me in 2003 that time your executive told me that it’s free for first year and if you want to continue 750 Rs. Annual fee. If you want to close it after one year you can close it.

I made a shopping of “X” amount (don’t know exact amount) on that card but I have not received physical statement of that month so that I missed the payment due date. Next month I received statement that contains “X” amount + late charges + interest + service tax etc and made that small amount to big amount. Then I called to customer care and spoke to an executive regarding this matter that time he was not responded to my request and say sorry to help me and gave the advice of payment of that big amount. Then I just stopped further payments. (Please kindly check my previous re-payment details on that card before this incidence)

Next month one of bank recovery officer contact me at my office phone and told me to make that payment otherwise bank will take legal action against you. That time I told that officer please reverse the unnecessary charges, I will pay that “X” amount only, otherwise you are free to take any kind of legal action.

Since 2-3 years passed away in those year bank not contacted to me in any manner regarding above mentioned issue and I just forgot that matter. Suddenly I received above mentioned letter. I have ICICI HOME LOAN customer since June 2004 my A/c No. is LBMUM[protected] and you have all my re-payment details, salary account since Dec.2006 A/c No.[protected] also having Demat A/c with ICICIC BANK, as I fill a proud customer of ICICI BANK. So that means bank is having all my contact details. So why bank do the such thing without contacting to me.

Why should I suffer for your mistake? If you have any queries regarding above mentioned issue please contact to me on my cell No. [protected] otherwise send your executive to my residence.

Within seven days if bank doesn’t contacted me, I will consider that bank is ignoring my request and take necessary action against bank in consumer court and I will not responsible for further inconvenience .

Yours Truly,

Dipsinh Sawant.

Dear Sir,
As you request to clear remaining outstanding of Rs.450.69 on my credit card account, Already you have taken Rs.4, 800.10 without my permission then recover Rs.450.69 also the same way as early as possible. I dont know for that Rs.450.69 you will charged another heavy interests and make it that big amount what already you had done in past in my case, So i dont want to take any risk this time.Recover that amount as early as posible and send me a zero balace statement. As i think bank has got his money then you must have to send me zero balance statement for the same.
As you show the smartness to recover that amount without having a few words with me show the same smartness to send me zero balance statement.
Once again thank you very much for your poor and chief level banking service.

Dear Mr. Sawant,

Amount outstanding on your credit card account is accrued due to non-payment of your credit card dues as per statement.

We request you to make payment towards amount outstanding as per statement to avoid any further charges in your subsequent statement.

Due to non receipt of payments as per the statement has lead to permanently deactivation of credit card account.

Due to this reason ICICI Bank has an authorization to debit your savings account if there is any amount outstanding on your credit card account which is unpaid.

We request you to clear remaining outstanding of Rs.450.69 on your credit card account at your earliest convenience to avoid any further debits from your savings account.

Dear Sir,

As I have received your mail regarding above mentioned subject dated 23 Dec 2007.In that mail you have mentioned Service Request SR49242767 regarding credit card settlement. But yesterday I just withdrawal 500 Rs for some personal reason that time it shows Available balance Rs. 4800.10. But today I checked the balance of my account it shows Rs 0.00 and Rs 4800.10 deducted from my account without giving any intimation to me. Is it a good thing since I am communicating with bank since last 10 days regarding this issue and bank just want to ignore my request. So I am thinking to take serious action against bank. While making new customers you are calling lots of people lots of times but bank don’t want to make a call to retain existing customer with providing wrong contact Nos.(Mr.Udgeeth Trivedi[protected] / 3635, Francis rozerio[protected] you just trying to fed up me.
I am very unhappy with the way you are doing the banking and now I want to take some serious action regarding this issue in consumer court and I will not responsible for further inconvenience .

Yours Truly,
