[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank debit card undelivered

As i received the sms from the bank regarding non-delivered for upgraded debit card where as address is same and its permanent addres.
Following sms i have received which is as under:
Dear customer, as per rbi guideline, your non-chip icici bank debit card for account xx7892 is replaced with emv chip & pin debit card. It is undelivered and with us. To re-dispatch, call customer care. T& c apply.

My address is same: plot 619, mohan nagar b, bjs colony, jodhpur
