[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank demat - 'dmc/[protected] dp chgs till jan-18' inr '826.00'
I am SIVACHANDRAN S. I have an account in ICICI bank for more than 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-18' INR '826.00'. I Checked with ICICI Customer care about this issues i reached them by phone call but seriously i didnt get any good response about this issue. I told them without my knowledge how you people can open Demat account from my ICICI account, but they didnt answer about my question and customer care doesnt take any compliant request about this issue. They redirected relationship manager Charles Devaraj. I just reached him, he told without your knowledge opened your demat account i agree that, but i cant able to do anything about this issue. He mentioned go near by ICICI branch close your Demat account. I didnt get, why i need to go ICICI bank branch no body answering my question.
Do you have any proof about opened Demat account with my knowledge? like my signature etc.. If have means just sent to me.
For your kind information more than 6 years i am using ICICI bank account, event i checked my net banking demat account page there is no demat account number linked with my netbanking. So without demat account how will charge like this, event i didnt trade any stock from this account.
I want to ask question about this issue, I didnt understand without my knowledge you people are opened Demat account and when debited the DP charges from my amount I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.. I really disappointed and i lost trust with ICICI BANK.
My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].
Note: I request if the refund process was not happens without 24 -48 hrs, I will end all the relationship with ICICI bank ( Salary & Saving account, PPF account, Credit card and loan etc). If refund doesnt happen means i ill escalate and compliant to next level and I ill close all the account with ICICI bank & i will switch over to some other bank who gives more priority to me.
We are also struggling to earn money, without people knowledge ICICI bank doing this kind of activity how people will trust ICICI BANK. I need justice and my money back immediately.
