[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank dmc/[protected] dp chgs till oct-18 | |||||
I have never used any demat account or trading account with icici bank. But without having any intimation they have deducted my 826 rs. From my account. This is not at all fare. Kindly please credit the amount. They even not mailed to me regarding this deductions, for what they deducted. My account get deducted two times. First : 579.92 Second : 246.08 Total : 826 rs. There was a deduction of 588.82 rs from my a/c noted DCARDFEE370 ON 28/11/2018 which was not informed to me before. ICICI or any other bank has no right to deduct this huge amount without informing the customer.
I want that 588 rs back in my a/c.

By above mentioned complaint subject the amount was deducted two times from my account without any notice. On 28th and 29th November. I don't know why it is deducted. Can you please provide the reason for this deduction. How can you deduct the money without any notice or reason.
