ICICI Bank — icici bank eazypay transaction failed and balance deducted for fee | |||
I have tried to pay the fee amount of Rs. 6000 (+ Bank service charges of Rs. 10) for D.El.Ed course of National Institute of Open Schooling twice through Eazypay of ICICI Bank. Paid by Canara Bank Internet Banking. First Transaction Amount Rs. 6000 (+ Rs 10 service charge) Txn ID is [protected] Dated - 6 July 2018 at 05:41 PM Second Transaction Amount Rs. 6000 (+ Rs 10 service charge) Txn ID is [protected] Dated - 6 July 2018 at 6:09 PM So the Total amount of failed transactions is Rs. 12020. But your system is showing Payment Failed for both the transactions. Kindly refund the money for the failed transactions.
