[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank ecs return charges during covid 19 pandemic | |
Dear sir I have taken loan from bajaj finance and missed one payment on may month which was schedule on 2nd may. It was missed due to covid_19 and we received salalries lately and i paid the pending emi amount on the same moth with bounce charges, when i check the recent bank statement i see there are 4 times bounce charges of 590 each debited to my account, for this when i approach bajaj finanace customer care they are saying that bank posted bounce charges and we (Bajaj) not responsible for this. Now i have paid all my dues and closed the loan on june_2020 but unfortunately again i see in my account in july 2 times they have charged bounce charges stating that the charges are relates to may peroid bouncing. I just want to know after clearing the loan dues how the bounce charges will be debited? Appreciate if you can recheck and advice the team to reverse the excess bounce amount to my account.
