[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank ICICI Bank Dp charges till jan-2021 | |||
I am Pavithra, On Feb[protected].00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as "DMC/INR____DP CHGS TILL J AN-21" I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any call from customer for this demat account activation. Without account holder consent you are not supposed to deduct money. I need justice and my money back immediately because i am unable to call to the personal banking customer care number, it is not available. Also only for loan request i will get the call from ICICI bank. Why i am registering here complaint is i tried 4 to 5 times to contact customer care none of the given numbers available to reach ICICI bank team.
