[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici bank imps deduction for failed transaction | |||
Dhanasekar G on Oct 13, 2018 I have transferred an amount of 100000 to my HDFC bank account for urgent base. The transaction got failed but the amount was debited from my account. i called 4 times customer care they are said HDFC Bank side is problem and It was very urgent to transfer the amount, but when I checked with customer care they are saying that it would take two days to refund. 1.) one customer said we will take this as Emergency and solve it but done. 2.) They are not taking any complaint before 2 working days. IMPS transfer meaning is immediate if it is not done then the transaction should revert back immediately are else at least inform through the mail delay in transaction, without succeed of transaction why icici bank is debiting the amount, Was this information helpful? | |||
