ICICI Bank — icici bank not admitting technical glitch in e-statements

Since past 3 days I have been calling ICICI Bank Customer care and requesting for financial yearly statement. Obviously this will help me in computing my IT Returns.

Every time I call they say that it’s done and I will receive it in my email within 15 – 20 minutes. I have placed 3 requests so far and not a single time I have received anything in my email. There’s nothing even in Spam folder.

They have a technical glitch which they are just not accepting and forwarding to the concerned IT department. They are just re-processing my request again and again and giving me fake assurance that it will be received in 15 minutes. 72 hours are gone guys and I still have not received a single statement yet.
