[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI blocked my online transaction and mobile banking | |
It all started with a message from ICICI which said "Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 632 to [protected]". They did not mention that it will block my card. I got a callback immediately from their agent named Monica, who blocked my card and disconnected the call even though I requested her not to block the card. I contacted their customer care multiple times who were unable to find any issues with the account. During these difficult times of Covid19, I am unable to do any online transactions using this account. Their escalation team [protected]@icicibank.com is responding with generic email templates without any interest in resolving this issue. I don't have anyone else to contact as [protected]@icicibank.com is the highest point of escalation.

You resolved my issue in just 2 days when ICICI's level 3 Escalation was providing me useless support for the last 2 weeks !!!
