Cancellation of One Assist Plan
I've got back to back irritated calls from ICICI regarding the cpp plan & Unnecessary they talk to me Even they did not informed me about this amount. Later I come to know that I have cheated by them, and seriously I'm not interested in opting for this plan, please deactivate and return my money ASAP, seriously not interested...
I had never asked for the One Assist Plan. Also a sum of Rs 1899 has been debited from my account and I want my refund. Without my knowledge how can they detect money. Please cancel this One Assist Plan as soon as possible.
Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in Consumer court . Thanks!

I got call from Mumbai head office and that person is asking that why ur cancelling that plan. Again and again asking the same question. I said many times not required and cancel this plan. If we dont want means why ur killing us...

Updated by uma muruganantham Customer care not giving proper response to me. How many times i called them. Do you know that. Your there here to support us. But icici customer care not doing that work. Whatever asking doubt your guys should give proper response. if one rupee taken from my account means Ur the responsible person and i will ask u only. Without Ur knowledge how can they detect money, tell me this first. I will not leave easily this issue. From past 5 years i am having this icici account. ASAP refund my amount. Keep in mind that i have to take decision for everything dont involve in this. Dont force us to take.
