[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici charged a amount for not using debit transaction | |||||
We had received a debit card for opening a new bank account last year. We didn't utilize it from date we received till now, since it was not required. But now an amount was deposited and they had charged some amount. Regarding this we questioned and they were saying it was been deducted for no transaction done by the debit card so they had charged it seems. If you are providing card and expect a transaction if we don't then bank will deduct money without any intimation to customers. Then provide a call or sms alerting the customer do debit card transaction using our icici bank debit card else we will charge you from the money in your account.
