[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici coral card - false charges on my card | |||
My credit card number ending with 2001 has expired since 03/2014. In the month of Feb i did not receive my statement and hence missed the payment deadline.The customer care executive told to make the payment and he would revoke the late payment fee. Based on the call with the executive i made the complete payment barring the late payment fee( i also paid the Service tax on the late payment charges) Now each moth the bank adds 500 every month. The late payment fee from Rs 500 has now accumulated to Rs 2422 ICICI bank has issued a new card that i have not received and they keep sending me the statement with the new account number that ends with 8006 I am surprised at the unethical behavior of ICICI bank.How can they issue a new card? Who has received the new card ? Why will a customer pay false charges when he/she has not been using the credit card..On top of it their executive behave very badly with the customers. No wonder the bank CEO is under the cloud of fraud allegations !! Was this information helpful? | |||
