ICICI Bank — icici credit card was approved but did not get the card

I am diddi naveen kumar, i have applied for icici credit card and i got confirmation message on 4th september 2017.in that message they mentioned credit card last 4 digits and they gave pin number also, so once i received that card, i can change that pin...

But till today i did not get credit card... So credit card is dispatched or not?

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by diddi1100 I did not get credit card, but bank people sent statement of this month...please let me know, it is approved or not.
