ICICI Bank — icici - does not care my concern - I obliged to close my account | |||
I had failed to pay 1k of my ICIC credit card bill due to my exam in Jan- Feb'19 but paid after 10 days. ICICI applied late payment+interest and to INR 1200.could not understood their calculation although the principle paid. Now after 10 months it becomes 4500. Financially i am in a very bad condition from past 1 year, left job and have no other source of Income. Although all debit charges are cleared only I am requesting them to reverse or partially reverse these Late Payment+Interest to make this easier to make it clear but they refused it several times. Request had been made on all concern even the credit head but denied. the debt manager Mr.Sunil Singh said he will directly deduct from my saving account. where there were INR 10 K, the Minimum balance I had maintain to save this account as it i was essential but they didn't care. I had to close it. they didn't help me in 2014-15 while there was fraudulent transaction of INR 5700 done on my card. I have paid that fully although it was not my transaction. they didn't help while i had taken loan of 3 lacks, for the pre - closure i had to pay almost 50k extra. Now they don't even help in such a critical situation although I am ready to settle only the interest charge and late payment fee not even any debit charge but they refused several time and denied any cooperation.
