I made a call from bangalore today (6th sep, 2017 from 12:30pm to 13:[protected] to icici bank credit card customer care and his name was nehal. The customer care professional was very rude and talking rudely as he did not want me to ask details. This is a not a professional way to talk, his name was nehal from customer care dept - hyderabad.
