[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds - money multiplier bond

15 no. Of bonds of fv 1000/- each but no one able to inform how to redeem the same.
I am continuously in touch with the icici bank staff but they are clueless how to redeem the same. Please help me immediately.
It is really disappointing to be in such a position that they are not aware of their own products.

On 12.01.2018 At 11.03 PM i was recharge me jio number. amount was debited from my account but recharge not done. and amount has not been refunded
pleas do the needful obligation,
