[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici sanctioned personal loan

I applied personal loan in icici.
Aps code: 72870947
Loan status shows approved on 11th feb'19.
But it also shows to submit some requisite documents
Till 12th feb'19 rm was responding properly.
From 13th feb19 i am not getting any response from relationship manager (Ms shreya srivastava) and icici customer care as well
Now i dont what will happen for applied loan as i dont exact status and i am simply waiting for it.

Even i sent email asking for status to below mail ids:
