[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici - unauthorised transaction - 04/05/2019

Amount of rs.650 was debited from my account on 04-may-2019 and i got a message at 3:27 a. M. From icici bank. I got no otp for the transaction and i did not make the transaction. I do not understand what "dreamscape" is
Details are as :
Vin/dreamscape /2019050*
I have raised a complaint with icici via their compaint mechanism but cannot reach their customer care.
