ICICI Bank — ICICI- Unfair Hidden charges | |||
I feel cheated by your credit card section which has charged me an overlimit fee of Rs 500+ Service charge on my credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX X009. Also i settled all my dues, and my transactions did not go over the limit I called the customer care to revert these charges but they say that they do not have the authority to do so, i asked for manager and they did not connect. I'm requesting you to revert these charges else I have no choice but to move all my accounts out of ICICI including my credit cards. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have LOST MY CARD and raised request to cancel my card but dey just blocked it and now they are asking me to clear this bill (about 1800rs).
