I have around 140 vimal vaatsalya bonds which have matured on 01/01/2018. Certificate number for 1 is -53354. We can send all via post, but we need more information on the process. Issue date - 01/07/1999, redemption date - 01/01/2018. Maturity value: 1000. Redemption process is written but we need guidance on the same as well, like what and how we can encash and also where do we send the same with a written confirmation. Holders need to sign anywhere? I made a recharge 349 on 10.01.2018 through UPI( PhonePay) payment my amount is debited and credited to [protected]@icici still know my recharge is not done and my amount is not credited. please solve my problem
