[Resolved] ICICI Bank — imps timed out | |
I transferred 15k inr from my icici to axis bank, but it is failed with the following message. Dear customer, imps txn ref for rs.15000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 03-apr-2019 07:30:03. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days. Mailed them four time but no proper reply. I am currently outside india. Is this the way you treat your customers?.
