[Resolved] ICICI Bank — imps transaction timed out at beneficiary bank | |
I transferred rs 3000 through imps on 17th April 2019 from icici a/c to the Punjab national bank a/c. Transaction ref xxx. The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account. But i got a message that said "dear customer, imps txn ref xxx for rs.3000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 17-apr-2019 11:49:58. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days." Apr 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i Mailed to ICICi bsnk customer support as directed here and they took care rest of the issues. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
