[Resolved] ICICI Bank — [protected]@icici upi payment to jio on 04/1/2018 thru upi | |||
I recharged rs399/- to jio from my vpa [protected]@upi towards 3months' data (399) for my sim no[protected] on 4th jan 2018. The payment was successful and my bank statement carries a legend as below. "upi[protected][protected]@icici[protected]collect-pay-request Value dt 4/01/2018 ref[protected]" But i was told by jio that they have not received any payment from me. Jan 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Today money has been refunded to me. Thanks to jio care & icici bank.. indiaideas are just account holders at icici. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 04, 2018 Updated by Shruthishre Jio Recharge not done but money deducted from account. Please refund me. | |||

indiaideas is a icici bank fraud, i lost 10, 000 something and now bank said this is not our duty for yor online transaction, know one taking responsibility, big fraud bank icici bank
