[Resolved] ICICI Bank — insurance against home loan

Icici bank has disbursed the money to icici lombard for term insurance against my home loan. Icici bank employees has themselves selected the insurance product and without any intimation/approval to me they have disbursed the money. It has been more than a month no policy is issued yet. Bank has started the emi for the policy premium amount 68000 rupees disbursed as loan. But no policy is issued.

Tried calling/emailing their relationship manager sushma mishra since last one month she never responds the call/email. I dont know whether she even exist or icici bank fakes as rm.

I didnt knew since when icici bank started doing fraud with their loyal customers.

I regret switching my home loan to icici bank should have switched to hdfc bank.

My loan account number is lbmumxx06488.

Updated by Nishesh Dubey No resolution, no one contacted. Again a fake assurance from ICICI. Looks like ICICI Bank is staff is just good for fooling customers...
