ICICI Bank — Insurance claim not settlement

Dear sir,

My son using gold debit card of icici bank in last 2 years but unfortunately he meet a tragic accident in sarita vihar (Delhi) on 09/12/2016 and died.

I registered a claim on gold debit card at icici bank on 28/01/2017.
All document i have send to icici lombard such as fir copy, pm report and also account statement regarding to this claim but till now claim not settlement and icici lombard completely refuses to help us.

Icici lomard say that claim cover only on minimum transaction of rs 499 in last 30 days of accident but i show my brother card statement here show that his transction is above of rs 499 in last 30 days of accident.

I attached major terms & conditions of icici bank, his term and condition show that only atm transaction are not valid but our transaction completely fullfill reagrding to this claim settlement.

We belong to a very poor family and he was the bread winner of the family. I educated him with tremendous difficulty by doing petty jobs. Now after his death it become difficult for us to survive.

So i kindly request you to please help me to claim settlement.
