[Resolved] ICICI Bank — interest amount charged post paying loan in one time settlement | |||
I am following up since 5th sep 2017 by visiting the malad east branch twice and through mails but the branch manager (Mr. Deepak sharma) has behaved in a rude way and has humiliated us. Regional manager is looking into this but its been 1 week we didnt got any resolution. I have attached all the mail conversation as this is the worst customer service we received from icici bank. Thanks but this kind of reply I am getting since Day 1. Your officials calls up and then they handover the issue again to the Branch Manager and Regional Officer who are least bothered to reply.
