[Resolved] ICICI Bank — internet banking mutual funds | |||
I tried to buy rs 270000 worth of bnp paribas mutual funds from icici internet banking. The money was deducted from my account but it never reached bnp paribas. The amount just disappeared. I raised 2 complaints with icici but both were closed without any explanation. I do not know what to do. My mother worked hard to earn that money and i have lost it. How do i ensure icici returns it. The money from my account was debited without my consent as ECSRTNCHG-SR and 4 time. Ie 2 times on 19 NOV 2019 & 2 times on 21 NOV 2109 & remaining all details like transaction ID and so on I have taken the screenshot & was attached to this complaint. Please let me why the money was debited from my account
