ICICI Bank — loan original documents not delivered by bank even after 3months of loan closure | |
I have given request for dispatch of original property documents on 04/07/20 and since then received no updates from bank. My loan account got closed in may2020 but bank never contact proactively to dispacth the original documents. Even after i gave request for dispatch, its more than a month and still no update from bank by sms / call / email. Who will be responsible if the documents gets misplaced.
