[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — mab charges in account no.:[protected]

Sir,

My account was dormant from past 5 years as i want not in country, i visit the branch to activate my account and issue a new cheque book. Till date not recvd any cheque book.

Further when my account got activated i transfer funds of rs. 150000/- to start the operations. To my surprise my account was charged with mab of rs. 9000/- approx. After visiting the branch i was told that these are all back end charges and cannot be reversed. Neither i was told by the executive that your account will be charged with charges or else i would not have reactivated the same and would have opened a new one.

I was suggested by the bank to remove the funds of rs. 141000/- immediately or else the system will debit more charges.

The staff who activate my account from dormant to active did not told me about any mab chages.

After various complaints no resolution is taken

My money got deducted without my acknowledge all because o[censored]r irresponsibility
Hi last night i just made a transaction of Rs. 10000 from i mobile app of ICICI bank . when i type my pin it shows that sorry this request can not be processed, but it deducted amount from my account.
So please refund my balance that is Rs. 10000
Horrible customer service and now this is possibly the worst bank ever to deal with.Their customerservice used to be friendly and much better.Now they have become mechanical and unfriendly.Very very poor customer service.
