Madam I have a swaping machine of your bank and also account in your bank. On 6th march one of my coustomer swaped rs 21480. Due to network issue transaction was not completed, so i tried 5times to complete the transaction and then one time with 10000 Coustomer on that day got total money back in. 117400 But on 12th march money was debited from his account again. I called coustomer care they told me to mail. I mailed they asked for document i gave. Every time new person replies now they asking for charge slip as i have pogo machine no charge slip comes. As transaction was not completed how any settlement done. It's my request kindly revert coustomer money to his account please. I have to mail you because i am fade of your coustomer representatives who only have saved massage to send not to read coustomer case and solve it. Please help me.
