ICICI Bank — misguided by icici bank for open account

Dear sir /ma'am,

When i was opening account with icici bank. I have got call from icici bank
He has supported to open account his name is mukul and said that you can open account with 1000 rupees after that i have transferred 1000 rupees. After. Also that your kit will be delivered within 48 hrs. But it didn't deliver. Now again i have got call from
Icici bank his name is ram he said your account will be open with 10000

Now i want that pls return my amount 1000 rupees and i don't want open saving account with icici they are only misguided me.. And i have been trapped
Because i have transferred 1000 rupees. I am trying to connect with customer care but i couldn't

They are wasting my time and money..
