[Resolved] ICICI Bank — mm annual fee without any notification | |||
Icici bank charged me 354 rupees for a service i have never opted for, without any notification. The statement shows below with the charge of 354 rupees. Bil/[]/mm annual fee mar19-feb Please help getting the amount reimbursed to the respective amount. I have also made a complaint on their email customer. Apr 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved ICICI bank replied saying they raised two complaints.
1. To refund the deducted amount.
2. To cancel the Mymoney subscription from my account, so that there won't be charges in future.
They have already posted the refund in my account and for cancellation of the subscription, they gave a timeline of 9 days. Thanks.
