ICICI Bank — money is not withdraw but I have received the sms of debited

I have visa debit card. Today i want to urban coop bank's atm at bansi, siddharthnagar, up pin code.272153.
Timing 19:49 on 06/09/2017 my debit card no.[protected]. I tried to withdraw 3000rs but the atm machine was taking lots of time after sometime machine showed transaction falied. Sir i request you to help me out sir plz
