[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my transaction failed and still I didn't get money back | |||||
On 21april 2018, i send money to a builder through imps from my icici bank account. Unfortunately transaction failed. I call to icici bank customer care. They said it will solve in 2days and you will get your money back. But still i didn't get my money back. Customer care saying that you have to wait today end of the day when ever i'm calling same answer. Actually icici bank using my money.
