ICICI Bank — My transaction failed | |||
I have paid fees of my child of rs 36562/ through eazypay.com website on 30/6/2017 by my sbi debit visa card. Transaction was successful with transaction id. [protected] but lachu memorial of sicence and technology authorities saying that they have not received fees in their account on 30/6/2017 i want to know where my amount has credited. I want reimbursement of the same. Ic Sbi bank customer care is not responding. I have given complaint letter to sbi bank nagore road branch on 3/7/2017 but still no responce. No customer care no of eazypay.com. Since there would be any way or solution to find where my amount has credited so that bank can reverse but all in vain. Please help me to solve the matter. I applied credit card, I received application no. also but I can't track that status. Please check how can I check the status.
