ICICI Bank — No fee Credit card - still charged a lot | |||
I was using a credit card number ending with **1002.I was told it comes with no annual fee + a gift kit worth 2000 (Which i never received).I was out of country last year and when tried to use this in Jul 2016, it didnt work.Afterwards, i called ICICI customer care and they told me that i have not used this card for a long time so they deactivated this.I asked them to keep it deactivated.I didn't hear anything regarding my credit card after that.But all of a sudden this month, i received a text on my registered number that my payment is due.Which turned to be a annual fee+ some good interest amount (Contacted credit card dept).So, my complaint are- 1.If you guys deactivated my creadit card then why asking me annual fee 2. why annual fee since it was no fee card 3. why i have not informed in my email, mobile, home address?? 4. why i haven't received my gift voucher. 5. I haven't used this card for last couple of months and even do not want to use this anymore.Also will make sure no one in my friends and family will use your service anymore in future. Now, tell me what is the solution for this.I dont want to pay that huge amount without any reason.Please remove all the access charges and my credit card service from ICICI bank. This is very wrong and a fair bit amount of harassment to me. Let me know the outcome of my complaint as soon as possible.It will save my and your time as well.
