Hi,
This is regards to my debit card converted into EMI, where in the month of December2021 on 21/12/2021 I called the bank and asked my ECS reversal as I paid my EMI late, I have the recording for the same where staff did not provide my resolution for ECS also did not informed about ECS that will hit in the month of January 2022, even after paying EMI on time I got hot with ECS and as a customer I don't know all the banks procedure of banks, I ahd a word with escalation Manager- Jagruti Salvi who helped me stopping my ECS through online website but did not helped me for ECS reversal, kindly look into this matter.
