[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — no response from icici bank regarding reversal process

Dear sir,
A complaint was registered in your bank with service number[protected] regarding reversal of rs 6500 from a wrong beneficiary account.
As per the employee of your bank, the money is marked lean and he asked me to ask my bank for further reversal process. But no response os being given to my bank from icici for the same. I have attached the documents for ref.

I got a call from [protected] where in the person says that he is from ICICI and ws asking for details of my card alongwith cvv and everything and says that we are asking for reversng the money..
Kindly see to it.
