My father had bought children growth bond -022001-cgb. Date of allotment was 28.08.2001. It is due to mature on 28.08.2022. My father had visited two of our nearest icici branches but has received no help, they just gave him two email ids: [protected]@3i-infotech.com & [protected]@icicibank.com, and I have mailed them to understand the procedure for redemption, but they haven't been responding to my mails. It is absolutely shameful that ICICI doesn't value its investors at all, I am also a customer of ICICI bank, this kind of treatment makes me want to close my bank accounts as well with them. So, unless I receive immediate resolution, I would take this matter to sebi, everyone knows about ICICI's corruption, sebi would bar them from raising money then. Also would take this matter up with RBI and consumer forum. This behaviour and approach is unacceptable. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com for providing resolution. If the resolution is not satisfactory and accurate, then it would be clear that ICICI doesn't value its customers as well as its investors. Hence, strict actions will be taken from my side.
