Hand written app. With signature of rest a/c holder with both passbook, chq. Book submitted for a/c close and bal. Trd. To another a/c in same name at nai sarak jodhpur branch on 02.08.17, after complaint as mail recd. From customer service manager printed app. With kyc submitted at chb jodhpur branch on 10.08.17 and contact on 11.08.17 and 17.08.17 but still bal. Not trd. Harassment making due to lack of proper job knowledge
