[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not able to do fastag recharge | |||||
My fastag account 20974386 has been deactivate due to low balance when i try to recharge it is not allowing me to recharge as it says the account has been deactivated. When i try to reach customer care [protected] it says the number has been temporarily disconnected. Worst experience and it is not user friendly to recharge the amount. I have done a paymet in 04/07/2018 in 6.21 pm of nios admission 2nd year amt is 6060/- trns id[protected], Pos no-[protected].
But payment has cut from my account but addmission not happen. still money has not refunded in my account.
