ICICI Bank — not get any sleep or application number after submit all details and payment

Sir after submit my all details in applications form o[censored]psrtc open-ended smart card i make a payment of 550 rupees and money is also transfered or debitted from my account but i can't get any application number or slip and no information is shown in my upsrtc login account and website says code is not generated. Sir please help me and solve this problem.
